Today after class me and my teammate, Ashley went for a walk around Nantes, and discovered a little more of the city. This pig is something we found on the street outside of a restaurant. After we went for a walk on the waters edge on the "Ile de Nantes", it was such a blessing to take a breath and see more of the beauty this city has. We met some really nice people along the way, and had a good talk with a guy, Jeremie, who was passing through Nantes for a few days from Paris.
This weekend will be a big adventure because we have a retreat with the youth of Nantes about an hours drive south of here in a chateau. I am so excited for this event and for really getting to know the youth in Nantes, and building relationships with them. Please pray for the language this weekend and that it would not be too much of a barrier, also that we can learn more and be a huge blessing to the youth as well as the leadership this weekend.
